landscaping. It is located in a quiet area close to restaraunts and 
shopping. There is a queen bed in the master and 2 twin beds in the 
second bedroom with a spare blow up bed if needed. Washer and dryer 
on the premises and a 1 car garage. You can rent a boat and park it 
right out your back door where there is fishing also. The home sits 
close to Cape Corals only Beach, The home has everything you need 
including the beach chairs. So just bring your shorts. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The is Cape Corals only Beach 5 minutes away, Fort Myers Beach 25 
minutes Away. Sanibel Island is about 20 minutes away, Thomas Edisons 
Winter Estates 20 minutes, Red Sox and Twins spring Training is close 
buy. Boating and Fishing everywhere. Cape Coral Beach has a great 
fishing pier. There are many new restaraunts Right in the area.

The Affordable Cape Coral Water front Bungalow Rents for; November 
1st - December 20th $500 a week $1800 a month,December 21st - April 
$700 a week $2000 a month. February and March are booked...There is a 
$125 cleaning fee. $400 sercurty deposit that will be returned after 
your stay. 9% Florida Tax
