Vacation Rental Description

This all brick side split home is locate on the eastern shores of Lake Simcoe and boasts of  
spectacular sunsets.  
 
The living room and dining room has cathedral ceilings with a floor to ceiling  
fireplace. It has 3 bedrooms all with queen size beds and the master bedroom has a 3 piece ceramic  
ensuite. There are also 2 additional 3 piece bathrooms. It has a pool room with a 4' x 8' pool table  
and also immediately across the road is a regulation size tennis court included in your rental  
agreement. It has approximately 2,500 squre feet of living space. At the end of the garage is a  
bunky with 2 single beds and hydro.  
 
There are 2 decks. The 1st is 16' x 10' immediately off the living room with a Weber barbeque. The  
second deck is approimately 600 square feet over looking the lake which includes a 8 person hot tub  
and a additional 13' x 13' screened in room complete with bar fridge which is accessable from the  
deck.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The kitchen is complete with all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, micro wave oven, dish washer, side by  
side fridge complete with ice maker, stove, and second fridge, washer and dryer in the basement.  
 
All linen and towels are supplied. High speed internet, telephone, cable TV (60 stations), DVD, VCR,  
52" TV with 2 additional TV's in master bedroom and pool room.  
 
You are close to grocery stores, banks, hardware store, lumber yard. The property has an unobsructed  
view across Lake Simcoe with fantastic sunsets. Decks and screened in room are well lite.  
 
The beach is cobble stone and the water is approximately 4' deep 100' from shore. There is a dock  
which extends approximately 50' from shore. The fishing is great both summer and winter. 
 

Activities and Attractions

You are located approximately 1 hour north of Toronto. You are close to Peferlaw, Sutton, Jackson's  
point which has Canada's oldest summer live theatre and Orillia which has a large town marina and  
great activities most weekends. Orillia also has a beauftiful Casino (CASINO RAMA) with 5 star  
facilities, restaurants and entertainment 
Of course you have tennis, swimmimg and the hot tub right on the premises.

All other months       Weekly Rate $1,800.00

Minimum 1 week rental

Balance + Secuirty Deposit        4 weeks prior to occupancy
