We offer weekly and monthly rates depending on the season. 
Our weekly rates are as follows:

From July 1 to August 31    $1,200 usd
From September 1 to November 15    $1,000 usd  
From November 16 to April 30    $1,400 usd
Christmas and New Year's    Please inquire
Rental dates are not reserved until deposit is received. Rates are 
in USD and are subject to change without notice.
