This is a beautiful retreat for a large family vacation. The fifth bedrooms converts to a entertainment room for 
the kids or just a fun place to hang, includes two full futon sleeper/couches and TV. The third floor master 
bedroom has a wonderful view of the ocean and a private deck. Included is a full size washer and dryer 
available for your use. 

Its the best property on the beach for the price. Located in the middle of multi-million dollar homes. Great place 
for children and large families. 2 blocks to dining, grocery shopping, arcade, Kure Beach fishing pier. Panoramic

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer special -  We are offering a great rate if booked by April 1st 2008. $2000.00 a week. 
If interested in spending some quiet time in the fall of 2008 book your week now. 

2 Night Minimum stay - $420.00 a night   

All weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday stay. Departure cleaning 
included

2008 summer rates - (Memorial Day to Labor Day) - $2200/wk rental 
plus 12% tax (NC) and security deposit ($400.00)

2008 off season rates - $1600/wk
