You won't feel more comfortable and at home than this 2,500 sq. ft.  
ocean view beach house just 2 blocks north of the Oceanside pier 3-5  
min. walk to beach, pier, restaurants, movie theater, bars,  
shopping, and train station. 
 
Tropical exterior landscape with front patio seating area makes a  
great place to relax and take it all in. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Three Bed rooms + loft, sleeps 10 + floor space. 3 fireplaces.  
 
We have it all and if we don’t just ask we will do our best to  
provide it.  We don’t want you to travel with anything but  
your swim suit. 
 
Our goal is for you to come back and tell all about the  
awesome trip you had. 
 
Pub Room = Fire place, pool table, plasma T.V., chess table,  
           Pub Bar seats 4.  
Dinning Room = Table seats 6. 
Master Bed = Ocean view from bed, fireplace, spacious bath rm with  
             glass shower and large tub, walk in closet, 2 sinks. 
Bed 2 = Private bath, queen bed. 
Bed 3 = Bay window seating, queen bed, baby crib & cradle. 
Loft = Kid play area with TV/DVD, play station, trundle bed has two  
twin beds. 
Sun Deck = Ocean view with a Private jacuzzi, B.B.Q.,  
           3 lounge chairs, tiki hut bar. 
Kitchen = Fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Refrigerator,  
          microwave, dishwasher, trash compactor, oven and stove. 
Family Room = Queensize hide a bed, 42" TV, VCR, DVD. 
Garage = 2 car, all beach accessories. 
         5 surf boards, 2 boogie boards, 4 beach chairs, beach toys. 
         2 beach cruisers bikes. 
         2 kids bikes 
         Beach wagons, coolers. 
         4 bike helmets 
         Poker table seats 6 
Front yard sitting area, with fire pit, table and chairs for dining. 
 
Children supplies: Baby crib, cradle, strollers, carseat, high chair, 
                   portable play pen, and toys for all. 
 
Washer and Dryer in house. All towels & sheets provided.  
Beach towels also provided. 
 
Internet access. 
 
What to bring? 
1. Your own clothing. 
2. Bathing supplies. No we have soap, shampoo, and conditioner. 
3. Food and drinks you can get at local market. 
4. Sun screen / tanning lotion. 
5. Money for poker night. 

Activities and Attractions

Only less than a 5 min walk to it all. 
Relax on beach, sun deck, or front patio with fire pit. 
Surfing North or South side of Oceanside pier it’s all good. 
Fishing from the pier. Walk to end of Pier and eat at Ruby’s! 
Cruz the boardwalk on skates, bikes, feet, etc. 
Restaurant and Bar hopping. 
Enjoy Oceanside Harbor, restaurants, bars, shopping, and boat  
activities.

Vacation Rental Rates

Please see calendar at top of page for available dates. 
 
Winter 10/1-4/31 = $1,900 Week, 3 night min. $300 per night. 2007-08 
Summer 5/01-9/31 = $2,900 Week, 4 night min. $450 per night. 2008 
 
All Holiday weeks and 12/20-01/04 = $3,500 Week, 5 day min. $550 per  
day. 
 
+ a 10% T.O.T tax (city renters tax). 
+ $800 security deposit (refundable). 
No cleaning fee or any other fees. 
 
Check in time 3:00pm 
Check out time 10:30am 
Full payment must be paid 30 days prior to occupancy. 
 
Payment type - Check or Pay Pal 
 
Rent monthly in winter for $6,200. 
 
Only family oriented people that will respect our home and  
neighbors.
