* Fully Refundable $500 damage deposit is required ($1000 on holiday

Note: Early check-in and late check-out (5:00 PM) available for an
additional $100.
METHODS OF PAYMENT: Personal checks, cashiers checks and money
orders are accepted forms of payment. Sorry, no credit cards. Rates
are quoted in US Dollar. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO
ARRIVAL.
Damage deposit will be returned within 10 business days of departure
if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before
and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including
linens, keys, garage door openers, etc. You will be charged for
excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture, and garbage not
disposed of in the proper receptacles. You will be charged for
damage done to the home beyond normal wear and tear. You will be
charged for violations to the house rules.
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to
arrival, there is a fee of $50. For cancellation less than 90 days
prior to arrival and more than 30 days prior to arrival there is a
fee of $250 or 1 nights rent. There are no refunds for cancellations
less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.
