Immaculate and meticulously maintained 1749 sqft home with 
breathtaking desert and mountain views located in one of Grayhawk's 
master planned, gated communities.  A great retreat for families or 
friends who want to enjoy all this home has to offer.   

This professionally decorated home has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 
comfortably.  There are 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 
and a private patio with a 4 piece patio set and grill. The Master 
Bedroom has King Size bed, 27" TV w/ Cable, DVD, Master Bathroom w/ 
Walk in Shower & Separate Jetted Tub. 2nd Bedroom has Queen size bed 
and 25" TV.  3rd Bedroom has Queen Size Bed. 2nd Bathroom has full 
tub/shower combination. The kitchen has an open floor plan with a 
breakfast bar that opens up to the dining area.  The dining area is 
an open space that ajoins the spacious Living Room area. Fireplace 
in Living Room.  The home has high speed internet w/ a desk top 
computer and also WI FI access for laptop computers.  Secure 
wireless is provided w/ access key given upon arrival. 2 car garage 
is attached.  

Just seconds from your door you will have access to 1 of 3 large 
community heated pools & Jacuzzi/Spas.  The Pool area has ample 
lounge chairs, table seating, gas grills, washroom facilities, & 
workout room.  With complete southern exposure to take in the warm 
Arizona days, there is also covered patios at the pool sight for 
those who want to stay cool. 

Grayhawk community offers the acclaimed Grayhawk Golf Club which 
includes an award-winning 40,000 square foot clubhouse, complete 
golf shop, locker rooms, conference rooms, and exquisite indoor or
