Sloan Court is a lush, tropical enclave filled with the splendor of a time gone by. Our
historic buildings were originally constructed during Florida's "heyday" of the 1920s and
are filled with all of the character and charm, which that begets.
Our structures are splashed with color and set amidst lush tropical foliage. While
painstakingly preserving all of their original charm, our wonderful buildings were restored
in 2003. Each abode has been outfitted and equipped with all of the modern conveniences
that the 21st century has to offer and are exquisitely furnished and decorated.
Our little corner of the "Village by the Sea" is just a leisurely stroll to fine dining, boutique
shopping, and lively entertainment on famous Atlantic Avenue, as well as to our beautiful
white sandy beaches.
Come enjoy a stay at Sloan Court. Have your morning coffee beneath the rustling coconut
palms at our courtyard patio, or a late afternoon lemonade at the gazebo dipping pool
(equipped with jacuzzi jets for your relaxation)- the perfect ending to a fun-filled day of
shopping on the avenue.

Our beautifully decorated two bedroom apartment is graced with hardwood floors, a wood
burning fireplace, and newly appointed full tub/shower bathroom. It also includes a
spacious & beautiful new kitchen; perfect for those who dabble in the culinary arts! The
Kitchen has wonderful maple wood cabinets with iron pulls, terra cotta tile floors, and a
complete appliance package including: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster
oven, full size refrigerator and stove. The master bedroom has French doors leading to an
adjacent private study which haas delightful views of the courtyard patio. Central AC, TV,
DVD, Stereo radio and CD / cassette player are all included as well as bed linens, bath
towels, kitchen utensils and gourmet cookware. The dining table seats four.
These units are best for couples desiring a lot of personal space or young families of 3 or
4 (as the second smaller bedroom has been incorporated into the design scheme primarily
as a sitting room- off the living room). These units sleep up to four, two comfortably. (1)
"Sealy" queen bed, (1) full futon.
