Whatever your desire, the T-Street Beach House is the perfect
get-a-way for anyone wanting to experience what Southern California
has to offer.
The T-Street Beach House offers two bedrooms and one bathroom, brand
new bamboo flooring, top-of-the-line linens and appliances, private
kitchen and laundry, large viewing deck and a private yard. The beach
house is equipped with televisions, DVD player, VCR, CD player, AM/FM
stereo, movie channels and high speed internet. Brand new décor and
furnishings throughout. We've also provided beach chairs, an ice
cooler, an umbrella, and beach towels for your days at the beach.

We're centrally located to several Southern California cities and
guests are encouraged to explore the many sites offered to them.
Laguna Beach, with its fine art galleries and eateries, lies just up
the road. Hollywood and San Diego are equal distances to the North
and South and there are more amusement parks nearby than you can
count including Disneyland and Legoland. There's definitely

We take Visa/MasterCard (2.6% convenience fee is added).
$750 deposit due at the time reservation is made. Deposit will be
returned within 14 days of departure, less $175-$250 cleaning fee
(depends on size of group).
Rental fee is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations received 30 days or less from the arrival date shall
be subject to a $500 cancellation fee and 50% of the rental fee.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
