Beautiful, new A-frame overlooking all sports Otsego 
Lake. 2 bedroom, 1 bath home with open staircase to loft. Three 
decks (1 upper & 2 lower) and natural gas fireplace. Comfortably 
sleeps 6 with service for 8. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets from both 
lower & upper level. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Linens for bed, bath & kitchen provided. Plus everything you need 
for the kitchen. 4 TV's with cable, 3 DVD/CD players, alarm clocks & 
radio. Foosball, darts, games, cards, poker set & toys. Deck off 2nd 
level with table & chairs & two lower decks with Bar-b-que. Plenty 
of space for golf clubs and snowmobile gear. Picnic table, fire pit 
& horseshoes with outdoor lighting. Golf course, state park & boat 
launch within walking distance. Too many golf courses and ski 
resorts to list. Easy access to groomed snowmobile trails leading 
everywhere (even to the U.P.). O.R.V. trails, skateboard park, 
wildlife reserve, hiking, horseback riding, casinos, shopping, 
dining & entertainment.

Activities and Attractions

There are many local summer and winter activities. Check with the 
Gaylord Chamber of Commerce for all local activities. 
Spectacular 4th of July fireworks display over Otsego Lake & 
Alpinefest; a week long festival in mid August that has been ongoing 
for many years. 
In the winter there are snowmobile races & celebrations in town & at 
local establishments almost every weekend. There are several unique 
shops in beautiful downtown Gaylord & bigger department stores as 
well. Something for everyone!  

Vacation Rental Rates

Seven day week- $600.00. 
Two day minimum weekend rate $125.00 per nite or 
Three day minimum weekend rate $100.00 per nite.
