Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to the Cocoa Beach Club. Located in Cocoa Beach, Florida, 
the home of ''I Dream of Jeannie'' and within site of the launches 
at the Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral. 

Our unit is an oceanfront property on the beach. Located off the 
pool and the putting green, our home is fully furnished and close to 
everything. 3 miles from Port Canaveral, you can cruise on Disney, 
Carnival or Royal Caribbean out of the port and use the condo as 
your pre and post-cruise vacation base. 

You can always choose to walk a couple hundred feet and sit 
beachside on our own private boardwalk or on the beach. 

It is a 2 bedroom unit, 1250 sq. ft., with living room, dining room, 
kitchen and generous closet space. The unit comes fully furnished. 
Great seafood, steak and other restaurants and bars are within easy 
walking distance, as are grocery stores and beachware shopping 
facilities. The property is located only about 1000 feet from the 
world-renowned Cocoa Beach Pier. This condo is on floor 1 of 2. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

On an ocean coast beach, deck/porch/patio, pool, central A/C, 
washer&dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, linens included, 
cable TV, VCR or DVD, high speed internet, no pets, smoking 
permitted.


Cable TV with High Definition channels, HD LCD TV, High speed + wireless
internet included.

Telephone includes free long distance calling within the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada.

Sep-Nov $750 weekly, $1,600 per month
