in the evenings dine atop your private boathouse while entertaining
your family and friends. The property is located in expansive
Harris Bay overlooking the Harris Bay Yacht Club and the Three
Family Islands.
This modern Ranch Home with 2 car garage is located directly on the
water and consists of a spacious private lot with a large lawn area
for playing outdoor sports. The home consists of a complete Kitchen
(range, frig, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, garbage disposal,
coffee maker, dishes pots, pans, etc), Dining Room w/Sliding Glass
Doors to Deck has hardwood floors and a wall of windows to view the
lake, Large Living Room w/brick fireplace has wall-to-wall carpeting
with a wall of windows on the lakefront, Bedroom #1 consist of queen
bed (new boxspring & mattress) with hardwood floors and two closets,
Bedroom #2 has a full bed with hardwood floors and two closets,
Bedroom #3 has two twin beds and wall-to-wall carpeting and closet.
The Bathroom has tub/shower, large vanity, and ceramic floor.
NEW for 2008; We added a new stove and refrigerator to update the Kitchen.
We also added a comfortable new sofa, loveseat & chair along with a new
large TV to update the living room. Additional TV's wew added in the bedrooms.
NEW for 2007; We have added new ceramic tile in the kitchen and
entry. We also added a second bathroom and laundry area to the walk-out basement.
The exterior of the house, boathouse and garage received a fresh coat of orchard green stain.

This Lakefront Retreat is available year round. Rates will vary
depending on the time of year and length of stay. Monthly and
Weekly rates are available. A security deposit will be charged
based on the number of quests and the length of stay.
Rates are as follows:
OFF SEASON: November 1 thru April 30 @ 1,200/month; long-term lease
HIGH SEASON: May 1 thru October 31 @ 1,500 - 3,000 per week
