Vacation Rental Description

Come and visit one of the few remaining old Florida Fish Camps.
Located 15 miles south of Ocala, 5 miles from the "Villages", and
45 minutes from Disney. You can enjoy fishing, boating, sightseeing,
in a rustic Fish Camp.  We have recently renovated the entire 
property and have added many new features. We have several Cottages,
RV's and a houseboat to offer for weekly and monthly rentals. 
Ask about our boats and fishing guides....Plan to visit us.  You
catch the fish and we will clean and cook them or just enjoy the
peaceful sunsets.  Please call or e-mail for further information.

Vacation Rental Amenities

All our units have heat/AC, linens and towels.  Some unit have
fully stocked kitchens, with plates and utensils.
Utilities are included in the rental price. Reserved parking
by units.  Cable TV in many units.

Activities and Attractions

Fishing, boating, sightseeing and shopping.  There are more than
10 golf courses in a 15 mile radius and also great eating is
available close by.

Vacation Rental Rates

31 ft. RV, sleeps 2 + child, enclosed sunroom, cable TV, all linens.  Apr-Dec 200.00 getaway weekend, 70.00 
daily, 250.00 weekly, 850.00 monthly. Jan-Mar 295.00 getaway weekend, 85.00 daily, 300.00 weekly, 1000.00 
monthly

3 Bedroom Doublewide, sleeps 8, full tiled kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 cable TVs, front and side porch enclosed 
sunroom. Apr-Dec - Call for rates.  Jan-Mar 300.00 weekend, 100.00 daily, 600.00 weekly, 1800.00 monthly.

Boatel 45' Houseboat, sleeps up to 6...Fish right of the patio deck and sun
from the top. Apr-Dec - Call for rates. Jan-Mar 375.00 weekend, 125.00 daily, 500.00 weekly
1200.00 monthly.

1 bedroom cottage, sleeps 2-4 with pull-out couch. Apr-Dec - Call for rates. Jan-Mar 75.00 daily, 350.00 weekly, 
850.00 monthly

5th wheel RV, sleeps 4, queen size bed, TV in bedroom, garden shower, duel air conditioner, oak cabinets 
throughout, full kitchen, pull-out couch, 2 leather recliners, Apr-Dec 250.00 weekend, 80.00 daily, 400.00 
weekly, 1200.00 monthly. Jan-Mar 350.00 weekend, 95.00 daily, 500.00 weekly, 1500.00 monthly.

1 bedroom mobile, sleeps 4, fully furnished, cable TV, all linens and small ware, walking distance to marina, pull-
out couch. Jan-Mar 250.00 weekly, 950.00 monthly.  Apr-Dec- Call for rates.

2 bedroom mobile, sleep 4-6, same amenities as above, Jan-Mar 275.00 weekly, 1100.00 monthly.  Apr-Dec- Call 
for rates.

All our rentals require a $75.00 cleaning fee and a 50% deposit.  They all include utilities and come completely 
furnished with linens, small ware, dishes, and cleaning supplies.
