Enclosed/attached screened porch, with furniture.

Heated. A/C in all bedrooms.

Large circular driveway with sufficient room for one trailered boat, plus several cars.

This home is located in Hardings Beach Hills which is approximately
5/10 of mile from beautiful Hardings Beach. Also within 5 minutes walking
distance in the neighborhood to shallow water inlet w/dock. Ideal for the kids
to catch small sea creatures (hermit crabs, shells, etc.) & for
canoeing/kayaking. Just 3 miles away is Chatham center which retains
the charm of old Cape Cod but w/all available services. Cape Cod Rail Trail, a magnificent 50 mile bike trail from Falmouth to P-town, is accessible from about 2 miltes away. Fine dining, casual dining, great specialty shops for the unusual. Cape Cod League
baseball w/the hometown Chatham A's feature the stars of tomorrow. If
golf or tennis is your game, there are public facilities nearby.
Whale & seal watching from Stage Harbor docks. Fishing!!! Yes, there
is fishing from the beach, from the bridge at Bridge Street or charter
a boat. Skate board park at the airport within 2-miles. The band concerts
every Friday night are a great place to relax & enjoy music!

- In Season (July & August): $1000-1500.00 USD per week (Sat. to Sat. rental period)
- Off Season (Spring & Fall): $900 per week
- Non-smoking property/no pets allowed.
- Rental payment required in advance.
- $200 refundable cleaning fee required in advance (if
property is left in the same general condition (clean, w/no damage) as
upon arrival, the deposit will be refunded within 7 days of
departure). No housekeeping services will be provided...guests are
required to leave the home in the same condition that they found it!
- Guests will also need to bring linens & towels.
- In-season check-in time 2pm, check-out time 10am
- No campers/trailers allowed on premises.
