Vacation Rental Description

Brand New 1550 sq ft home located between the Colorado River and the 
Needles Municipal Golf Course. Very nicely appointed in southwestern 
theme. This home features 2 bd + den, 2 baths.Ceiling fans in both 
bedrooms and living room. Game room that includes electronic darts, 
and 3 in one table which is bumper pool, poker table and dining 
table for 4. Cable TV in living room and both bedrooms.  Bedroom 
TV's have DVD & VCR's. Den has a full and twin futon and couch in 
living room is a full sleeper.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fireplace, Phone, A/C, Cable TV, VCR, DVD, Piped in Stereo thru out 
the house. Full kitchen w/microwave, dishwasher, fridge, Ice Maker, 
Cooking Utensils and all necessary dishes. Washer and Dryer. Linens 
are provided. Jacuzzi Tub in master bedroom. Community Pool and Spa.

Activities and Attractions

Boating, Water-skiing, Jet-Skiing, swimming, rafting, fishing. sand 
volleyball, basketball, golf, hiking, wildlife viewing, Casino's and 
much more

Vacation Rental Rates

Apr - Oct - MID WEEK SPECIAL 3 NTS - $325.00
Apr - Oct $180.00 Night - HOLIDAY RATE $225.00 NT/3 NT MINIMUM
Snowbird Rate: Oct - Mar $1300/Month  Utilities Included
$500.00 Security Deposit req'd to hold dates.  Deposit is refunded 
minus $75.00 cleaning fee and no damage is done.  
Reservation is not confirmed until deposit is received.
