located on the 15th floor.
Master bedroom has king-size bed with plush bedding and linens, plus
full private bath, 19"TV and DVD/VCR.
Two bunkbeds in hall with hall bath that features large walk-in
shower. Plenty of thick towels, plus a hair dryer.
Queen sleeper-sofa in living room, plus 32"TV and DVD/VCR.
Fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen, stocked with plenty of dish
soap, linens and dishwasher soap. Just bring the food. Electric
outdoor grill provided, also.
Forgot soap, toothpaste? We have it. There’s a Whirlpool front-loading washer and
Bosch ventless dryer with plenty of laundry soap for your stay.
Complex has heated indoor/outdoor pool with spa, Gulf-side pool with

* $250 Security and Damage Deposit required and refunded after
satisfactory inspection of unit and return of all keys.
* Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will forfeit deposit.
* Full Hurricane Refund.
* No Smoking! Those found smoking inside unit will be charged additional $150.00 cleaning fee.
