Vacation Rental Rates

January - May 2008:   $2000 to $3000./month 
May - October 2008:   $1500 to $1800./month 
 
No Sales Tax 
 
$100. Cleaning fee 
$500 booking/damage deposit due with signed rental agreement to hold  
dates. 
 
Refund Policy: 
Cancellation must be made 45 days prior to arrival date or deposit is  
forfeited. If unit is re-rented for cancelled time period, the  
deposit will be refunded.
