See wonderful sunsets on our private balcony directly on the Gulf of Mexico. In every unit the living room and master bedroom have full-wall patio glass doors that open to the balcony. The 8th floor unit is just spectacular and snuggled at the end of the complex to provide true privacy and quiet gulf views. It has a king bed in master bedroom with a double and twin in second bedroom. There is a pull out couch in the living room for an extra gues. The third floor unit has a very spacious balcony that holds two outside dining tables and 16 chairs plus two lounge chairs. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two full beds with plenty of room to move around. The 6th floor is completely remodeled and has two twin beds in the second bedroom with a king in the master bedroom. The 10th floor unit is just as spectacular with a king and two twin beds as well. All units have fully updated kitchens and bathrooms. All units have flat TV screens. New sliding glass doors provide a welcoming warmth to unit. The unit on the 8th floor has hurricane shutters-an added luxury if it is nap time for little ones! Often times we see dolphins and almost always seagulls!


Madeira Beach is located on Florida's Sun Coast between Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg Beach.
It is approximately 20 minutes from the St. Petersburg/Clearwater airport and roughly a 30 minute drive from the Tampa airport.

In addition, there is a trolley that runs along Gulf Boulevard between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach facilitating travel to restaurants, shopping, and other attractions.

Pass Village and Boardwalk is only 1.5 miles or a 40-minute beach walk.

The Tampa Bay area also offers numerous attractions such as Busch Gardens, Adventure Island water
theme park, the St. Petersburg Pier, museums, aquariums and major league sports including baseball
(Devil
Rays), NFL football (Bucs) and NHL Ice Hockey (Lightening). Disney World is only about a 90 minute
drive.

2011-2012 rates include cleaning and parking fees:
January $2000.00 for 2 weeks or $3800.00 month plus 12% tax
February $2200.00 for 2 weeks or $4200.00 month plus 12% tax
March-April $2400.00 for 2 weeks or $4600.00 month plus 12% tax
May – December $1800.00 for 2 weeks or $3400.00 month plus 12% tax

Until confirmed, rates are subject to change.
A Security Deposit of $300 is required to hold your reservation. Reservations made 3 or more months
in advance requires a $300.00 security/deposit.
