Vacation Rental Description

Experience a coastal lifestyle in a carribean style apartment with 
river and ocean views and access. You can surf, fish, kayak and even 
watch a surfboard being shaped right in the store. The 1000 sq ft. 
apartment is on the top of our newly rebuilt surf shop. 
(Oceansports World) The beach is across the street and is clean and 
safe. There are stairs and a separate entrance to the apartment. You 
don't even know your on top of a store it's so comfortable. The 
store hours are 9:00am-7:00pm and will not interfer with you stay.

Vacation Rental Amenities

You'll feel like your at home in this furnished, fully equippted 
kitchen with a coffee maker and microwave. Includes linens, 
blankets, and towels. There is a TV/DVD and some reading materials 
and games. Iron and ironing board. 

Learn to surf in the ocean, or kayak in the river and see manatees 
or dolphin, or fish right behind the apartment. No driving to enjoy 
these activities. Coupons for surfing and kayaking, apparel and 
beach items in the store are included with apartment rental. 

Activities and Attractions

Close to many attractions.
50-60 minutes to Disney and other Orlando attractions.
Port Canaveral  is ten minutes away and has several cruise lines 
with day or multi day cruises.
Kennedy Space Center is 20 minutes away.
Sebastine inlet is 45 minutes south for surfing and fishing.
Close to the best surfing locations on the FL East Coast.

Vacation Rental Rates

$550 per week 7 days - May, June, July, August 
$600 per week 7 days - September thru December
$650 per week 7 days - January thru April
$ 50 cleaning fee (for after you leave)no daily maid

$1200 per month - May and September
$1400 per month - June, july, August
$1600 per month - October thru April
$  50 cleaning fee (for after you leave)no daily maid
