Vacation Rental Description

new 1400 sq ft, first floor condo, built in 2005.  Condo is just steps 
away from one of two pools.  All furnishing carpet,ceramic tile and 
appliances are like new.  Master bedroom has king size bed, dresser 
and nightstands large walk-in closets,and TV.  Master bath has 
beautiful ceramic stand up shower and his and hers sinks.  Guest 
bedroom has two twin beds, TV and full ceramic bath. Sorry no pets or 
smoking!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove,microwave,refrigerator.    
Everything you need to make your stay just like home.  Snack bar with 
stools, glass top table and chairs to enjoy your meals in the nook 
area.  Living room features a queen size sofa bed, 32 inch TV/DVD  
with cable.  Off the living room is a screened lanai with wicker 
table and 4 chairs to enjoy meals and the great view of the lake 
and hole #5 on the golf course.  Laundry room with washer and dryer.

Activities and Attractions

If you wish to play golf, swim, or play tennis, The Legends Golf &  
Country Club has it all.  The golf course is an 18 hole par 72  
course that is challenging but fair.Voted top golf course in  
the "Best of Southwest Florida" for two years in a row.  There are two  
pools to enjoy, one just steps away from the condo, and the other is  
a beautiful tropical inspired pool with waterfall at the clubhouse. 
There  are six tennis courts and a first class fitness center next  
to the club house.  The club house has a full service dining room, 
lounge and grill.  Many things to do at The Legends to make your stay  
in Florida a memorable one.  Close to local shopping and beaches,  
Interstate 75 and South West Florida International Airport.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rented Annual,or seasonal. Jan, Feb, March and April are in 
season and are $3000.00 per month. Off season months May thru 
December are $1300.00 per month and may be extended as needed. 
Security deposit of $500.00 There is also a $250.00 transfer fee for 
golf.  
 There is reciprocal golf, over 50 great courses to choose from.
