Florida Vacation Resort Rentals in Clermont

We are the private owners of villa rental property which is located
in a private vacation resort community just minutes from Walt Disney
World on US Hwy 27 in South Clermont, Florida. Both of our villas
have the same accommodations and amenities, and are located side by
side in the same cul-de-sac. So if you have a large family or group
& need to rent more than one villa everyone will be in the same
location.

There are numerous recreation & leisure time activities within our
resort community for every member of the family including an Olympic
Size Swimming Pool, Children’s Wading Pool, a Sundeck, barbecue
facilities and a Gazebo for poolside entertaining and parties.

In addition, there are two lighted tennis courts, basketball and
volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, a Shuffleboard pavilion for young
& old, & playgrounds for the little ones.

Just a short stroll away you’ll find our communities Private Beach on
Lake Louisa with picnic grounds, barbecue facilities, boat ramp/pier,
and some of the best fresh water fishing in the state.

And let’s not forget those Beautiful Florida Sunsets!!!

Weekly rentals are from Sunday thru Saturday (6 Nights) unless
otherwise agreed upon.

Weekly rates are based on double occupancy, children under 18 stay
free.

2 Bedroom/2 Bath Villa Rental:

$ 450.00 per week
$ 395.00 per week (May & September Only)

Each Additional Adult: $ 10.00 per night
11% Florida Tax must be paid in addition to the above rates.
