allows the outdoors to come inside. Situated on a flat lot, there is a grassy area lined by pretty 
roses and flowers.  Approximetly 2000 SF of only the best amenities.  Upstairs you will find a large 
sunsplashed Ocean Viewing Deck with BBQ for enjoying those warm summer days.
