This single story Arts & Crafts cottage is deceptively large with 2,400 sf, an open floor plan and spacious lower level family room.  The inviting cottage, with a fresh beach décor, overlooks the woods, has 3 full baths, comfortable, quality furnishings and modern appliances, including 2 flat screen TVs, premium hi-def satellite and gas grill. It also has a front and back porch, central air, fireplace, dish washer, washer/dryer and plenty of linens.  Although the flexible lay out can sleep up to 10 guests, it's cozy for couples too. 

Located at the Harbor Club South Haven, the Rendezvous is near our private marina with club house and heated pool. There isn't a private beach but there is small public beach just two blocks away that is very easy to walk to and a little more secluded than the busy downtown beaches. Access to this beach is just off the property with lots of street parking.

Just 5 minutes to the unique shopping/dinning of downtown, it's the perfect spot to escape.

From the pages of The Rendezvous guest book - We enjoyed our stay at The Rendezvous here in beautiful South Haven. The house was perfect for entertaining our kids, grandkids, and Michigan relatives. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and I wish my laundry room were so large! A little more snow would have been nice. Hope the development continues to grow.
