block from Third Avenue and less than a mile from Fifth Avenue. The
Naples Dock is a few blocks away, where there are more great
resturants and site seeing available. Swimming, biking, and golfing are
readily accessible.  In addition, entertainment and a two local theaters are within walking distance.

The Dolfin Club is a 55 and over condominium.  Only one person in the
party needs to be 55 or over.  Guests of any age are welcome.

In 2010,  four weeks in April-December are available.  During season, a period of three to four months is required.
