Located at 4th Street and 12 Avenue, South, one-half block from Third Avenue where you will find Tommy Bahama's Resturant and several other up-scale places to eat.

The condo has all appliances and necessities available.  Move in with only your suitcase and swimsuit.  Two televisions, one with DVD player. (Who wants to watch television when the weather and beauty of Naples far surpasses what is seen on TV).

Also available is a community center where your larger parties can be held. Computers and a wireless computer connection are available, in addition to a book and film library. There is parking on site with laundry facilities convenient to the condo.

Walk to parks, beaches, upscale resturants, and shops.  You are only one
block from Third Avenue and less than a mile from Fifth Avenue. The
Naples Dock is a few blocks away, where there are more great
resturants and site seeing available. Swimming, biking, and golfing are
readily accessible.  In addition, entertainment and a two local theaters are within walking distance.

The Dolfin Club is a 55 and over condominium. Only one person in the
party needs to be 55 or over.  Guests are welcome.

In 2009 two weeks of any remaining months in 2009 are available.  All of 2010 is open.

Rental rates depend on the time of the year, length of stay, and number of people renting.  During season, a period of two--three months is required.
