This charming beach cottage is located at 4839 Estero Blvd. and is  
directly across the street from the beach.  Enjoy the sights, sounds  
and smells of the Gulf of Mexico from this home.  Relax on the front  
or rear deck while soaking up the suns warm rays or take in an  
evening of star gazing. 
 
This home is decorated in Southwest Florida style and comfort,  
designed for you to kick back, relax and enjoy your vacation to its  
fullest. 
 
The main living area of this home is a great room.  When you walk  
through the front door you'll find your spacious living room,  
complete with a queen sized sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space if  
needed, large screen TV, DVD player, stereo, dining room and kitchen. 
 
The dining room comfortably seats six, with an additional dining  
area on the front porch.  The kitchen is well appointed with all the  
amenities and comforts of home.  Whip up fabulous meals for guests  
in the kitchen or BBQ some southern style home cooking on the rear  
deck grill. 
 
Need to work while on vacation in paradise or just stay in touch  
with friends and family?  No problem.  This home offers free high  
speed internet and free unlimited domestic long distance calling. 
 
Sleep peacefully on the queen sized bed in the master suite or watch  
a late night show on your private in-room TV.  Enjoy the convenience  
of your own ensuite bath, complete with tub/shower, sink and  
toilet.  The second bathroom has twin beds and its own private  
ensuite bathroom with tub/shower, sink and toilet.

concierge handle some of the every day tasks for you.  We offer a  
full concierge service to our guests if they desire it.  Our  
concierge will handle everything for you from buying groceries,  
picking up theatre tickets, renting boats, to arranging an in house  
massage with a licensed therapist.  We also offer special occasion  
items for those special moments; such as fresh floral arrangements,  
fruit baskets, limo/dinner packages, etc.   Also available is daily  
housekeeping and turn down service. 
 
Private laundry facilities are located in the lower level, along  
with beach bikes so you can get out and explore the island. 
 
This home is smoke free and pet free.  While we do not allow smoking  
in the house, you may feel free to smoke outside anywhere on our  
landscaped grounds.  No pets of any kind are allowed on the grounds  
or in the home at any time. 
 
This home is conveniently located within walking distance to almost  
anything you may want to do or may need.  Need groceries?  Bait for  
fishing on the beach?   Want to rent a boat?  Looking for a great  
Italian restaurant for lunch or dinner?  Look no further.  They are  
all just three properties away from the house.  And with the beach  
right across the street from the house, you can sink your toes in  
the sugar sand beach in less than 30 seconds after leaving the front  
porch. 
 
Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida and the beach  
known as the safest beach in Florida.  Walk or ride the 7 miles of  
sugar sand beach.  Swim with dolphins and manatees.  Search for  
shells and sand dollars.  Charter boats, jet ski and parasailing  
rentals are within walking distance of the house.  Take the trolley  
to town for a quarter and enjoy a day or night out on the Casino  
boat, eat at the many local restaurants, shop till you drop, or  
catch some of the many local bands at one of the beach bars. 
 
Looking for something to do after the beach?  Within walking  
distance you can find a golf course, tennis courts, disc golf,  
library, movie theatre, water park, movie rental/video arcade, and  
much, much more.  Further out you can enjoy museums, the  
Imaginarium, the Calusa Nature Center, nature hikes, the Naples Zoo,

                   Thanksgiving .................... $1100/week 
 
Add 11% FL Sales Tax and a $500 refundable security deposit to the  
above rates. Final cleaning and all utilities are included in above  
rates.  10% discount is available for four weeks consecutive  
rental.  All stays over 10 nights include weekly cleaning and final  
clean up.  Arrival and departure days of the week are flexible to  
meet your vacation schedule.
