magical, magnificent and luxurious 2,500-square-foot, one-level home 
in this tropical oasis and paradise of Kaneohe! An upscale Hawaiian 
Home with entertainment possibilities galore!
Nestled on a private, serene and secluded cul-de-sac, while so 
conveniently located to downtown Kaneohe is just simply amazing! 
Brilliant red ginger, roses, white plumeria, coconut palms and 
numerous other plants and trees grow abundantly. The home has lots 
of glass and unobstructed views of the ocean from the living room, 
dining room, guest bedroom, breakfast room, Brazilian Mahogany deck, 
and yes, 
even the gourmet kitchen has unobstructed views of the ever-changing 
ocean hues of blue!
Once you have stepped inside, you will feel the peacefulness of 
hawaii at its best. The formal living room has ocean views from 
every angle. The luxurious down-filled sofas are heavenly! The 
gourmet kitchen has state of the art conveniences and is fully 
equipped with kitchen aid and cuisinart appliances for even the most 
discerning and pampered chef. The breakfast table is darling with 
palm-carved design details on the legs and base top, along with 
bamboo-carved designs on the chair legs and back. Hawaiian tropical 
floral arrangements are gorgeous overlooking the gorgeous kaneohe 
bay!
You will fall in love with the four-poster, split-pole rattan bed 
posts, providing a tropical, british west indies design statement, 
giving that laid-back tommy bahama atmosphere. The bedrooms boast 
luscious "Pillow-top" luxurious mattresses, dressed with luxury 1000-
thread count, solid ivory sateen sheet sets, plush grand hotel goose 
down collection of 330-thread count comforter, pillows and sham 
sets. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds, while one bedroom has a 
king-sized bed.
Full, luxurious, wall-to-wall carpeting is silky and cushiony in the 
formal living and dining rooms and in all three bedrooms. (p.S. 
Please leave your shoes at the front door.) it also has a private 
jetted jacuzzi soaking tub for relaxing, a panoramic outdoor softly-
lighted deck for nighttime star and moon gazing, with comfortable 
patio furniture, including a table, rocking chairs, two chaise
