Boasting over 5,000 square feet on three floors, with spacious rooms, extensive decking, and magnificent Mt. Rainier views---at Fernbrook---you and yours will truly live in the beauty of the great Pacific Northwest. In seaason, enjoy glorioius displays of rhododendrons, poppies, lavender---as you hear the friendly babbling of our namesake "ferny brook" meandering through the grounds.

Main Floor: Everyone says "wow" and you will too when you enter Fernbrook's spectacular great room. It's artful, tasteful decor with multiple seating areas and open plan, and chef-ready kitchen invite entertaining as you "ooh and aaah" at the glorious backdrop of Mt. Rainier. Need a time out? Retreat to the Fernbrook library or one of the three bedrooms on this floor. (Two with queen sized beds, one with twin daybed/pop-up trundle.)
Master Suite: Fernbrook's upper floor is exclusively master suite. Exalt yourself and your special someone with still more Mt. Rainier views---yours to revel in, even before you throw back the covers. Savor morning coffee on your private balcony overlooking the beach and Puget Sound. Revitalize in your jacuzzi tub for two.
"The Portico" Garden Level Suite: This separate entrance, one-bedroom home-away-from-home is complete with queen-sized bed, full kitchen, fireplace, sofa sleeper, and laundry. "The Portico" accomodates up to four and can be rented separately or included in your Fernbrook rental. Inspiring saltwater and Mt. Rainier views from sleeping and seating areas. Lavender and poppies grace your terraced patio and stroll to the beach.

our not-to-be-missed State Capitol rotunda are about
15 to 20 minutes away.
Day Trips: Fernbrook makes a good hub for day trips to Olympic
National Park, Mt. Rainier National Park, Mt. St. Helens
National Monument, Seattle, Tacoma, and Pacific beaches.

We customize a rate depending on your needs, the season, and length
of stay.
"Portico" (Garden level apartment) may be excluded from use if the size of your group doesn't warrant it. Prices above reflect with and without Portico apartment.
Ask us about weekly and extended stay rates. We have a two-night minimum booking.
Pricing depends largely on your scope of use, time of year, and
length of stay. Phone or email your needs, wishes, and dates and
we'll gladly prepare a quote.
Minimum Stay: Two nights.
Forms of Payment: Visa or Mastercard.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within two weeks prior to
scheduled arrival will, if the dates cannot be rebooked to another
party, result in forfeiture of the rental amount. In the event of
rebooking, a 10% rebooking fee will be charged.
Damages: Property damage or loss incurred during rental period will
be charged to guest bankcard.
Cleaning Fee: $50 to $150 depending on use and length of stay.
For event pricing, we need to know your dates and number of guests.
