Note: Until confirmed,rates are subject to change without notice. 
From $800 night    $2400 minimum stay 
Extended Stay Discount may apply for 7 days 
From $15000 month
$2500 Deposit to reserve your dates. This deposit turns into a 
damage/security deposit once you arrive.

Heating of the pool/hot tub is available at an extra charge. The 
pool/hot tub heater has a separate gas meter and you are charged 
only for your actual gas usage plus $10 per day for additional 
electric.

We offer optional Maid Service at $60.00 per day.

Unlike the majority of vacation homes found on the internet, you are 
dealing directly with the actual Owner of this property and not an 
Agency. I personally own and manage this home and respond quickly to 
your emails and phone calls.

Although the pictures show my home very well, I can guarantee you 
upon your arrival my home will far exceed your anticipated 
expectations and you will be absolutely overwhelmed with the massive 
1700 sq. ft.  Kitchen/Dinning/Great Room, with the beauty, warmth, 
romantic atmosphere and “pride of ownership” this property 
projects!!!
