Vacation Rental Description

 This house is located in beautiful Travis Heights, one of the oldest 
neighborhoods in this vibrant city known as the Live Music Capital 
of the World. We are on a quiet street (no through traffic) next to 
SoCo (South Congress Ave) which offers some of the 
finest restaurants in the city along with unique shopping (no chain 
stores) & live music all within walking distance. You'll come back 
from your explorations to enjoy the well shaded back deck, fenced 
back yard for your pet(s), hardwood floors throughout, the fun 
updated kitchen with stainless steel counter tops & a tiled island 
for you to gather around with your refreshments as you plan your 
next journey. We are close to parks such as Zilker(ACL Music 
Festival) & Stacy(with it's naturally heated pool), the Hike & Bike trail, Town Lake, which offers 
some of the best sculling in the country, the Convention Center, 
downtown with more great restaurants & live music, Auditorium 
Shores, the bats from under the South Congress bridge, 
Whole Foods Market, museums, theaters, the Long Art Center and so much more.

You'll be staying in a clean well furnished classic renovated house 
in a neighborhood full of trees right in Central Austin. Central Air 
& Heat, Hardwood Floors, Plantation Shutters, 3 bedrooms with 
ceiling fans(1 King, 2 Queens), front room with futon, 2 
full bathrooms, linens, towels, fun updated gourmet kitchen and a 
beautiful tiled island with comfortable bar stools where you'll have 
fun cooking & planning your stay here.
Gas stove, refridgerator, microwave, coffee maker,  all 
the kitchen utensils you need, dishwasher, washer & dryer, cd & dvd 
player, 2 tvs with cable, telephone, wireless internet, radio, music 
cd collection, dining room that sits 6, well shaded back deck that 
is very convenient like an extension of the house, barbeque grill, 
patio furniture, fenced back yard for your pet & onsite parking for 
2 cars(side by side)& a side entrance. 

Activities and Attractions

Austin and the central Texas area is filled with so many things to 
do and see for the whole family. Ok, no snow skiing but other than 
that I think we got you covered.
The activities just here in Austin within walking distance will keep 
you going. If you have a car we've got the scenic hill country, the 
highland lakes, water parks, rivers, outlet malls and golf courses.

$285. per night for 6 guests w/ 3 night min. plus  tax.

$1600. per week for 6 guests. PLUS TAX.
$4000. per month. NO TAX on 30 night stay
