Cozy Nest Vacation Rental in Reedsport

This 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Vacation Rental is above the Reedsport Outdoor
Store. It is well set back from Hwy 101 and is very quiet and cozy
at night for a restful sleep. Sleeps 6 maximum. This is a 'stand
alone' apartment more so than a house but is very roomy with a private deck with patio furniture.
Reedsport is set back from the Ocean and the weather is a lot warmer
than being close to the beach. In Reedsport the sun is shining while
in Winchester Bay it is foggy many times. Play in Winchester Bay
but come back to Reedsport for warmth!
Fully furnished and outfitted, just bring your food and beach
towells. It is not permitted to remove towells or linens from the unit.
Check in time 3 p.m.
Check out time 11 a.m.
Non smoking residence.

Full Kitchen with all needed items. Stove, full refrigerator, coffee
maker, toaster and microwave. All utensils and dishware you could possibly need.

This rental is directly across the street from the Skateboard Park.
ATV Rentals are available in the store next door to the Reedsport
Outdoor Store.
3 miles from the Dunes for ATV riding or Hiking
Winchester Bay is just a short drive down Hwy 101 and offers many
opportunities for crabbing, fishing, whale watching, Lighthouse
tours, boating, beach combing and kite flying.
Lake Marie, near the lighthouse is great for swimming and has picnic
tables and a lovely sandy beach. Great for the little ones!
3 restuarants on the next block on the South side of the Rental for
eat in or take out.
There is a Chinese food eatery 2 blocks north on 101

Summer Rates:- April 16th through October 30th
2 Night Minimum
Please enquire about Monthly Rental Rates.
$120.00 per night for up to 4 people. If 3rd Bedroom is used there
is a $10 linen charge per stay. 2 night minimum.
$10.00 per night each extra person (max 2)
$650.00 per week (7 days 6 nights) for 4 people.
$40.00 per week each extra person (max 2)
Holidays 3 night minimum, includes Memorial Day,
Independence day, July 4th and Labor Day
Winter Rates:- After October 30th through April 15th
2 night minimum. Summer Rates apply for all winter holidays which
include Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years,Presidents Day and
Easter. 3 Night minimum for holidays.
$110.00 per night for up to 4 people
$8.00 per night each extra person (max 2)
$600.00 per week (7 days 6 nights) for up to 4 people
$40.00 per week each extra person (Max 2)
$300.00 Security deposit fully refundable. $100.00 cleaning deposit
refundable if unit is left in a 'like found' condition. Total Deposit is $400.00
We love Pets and will accomodate 'responsible' pet owners. There is
a pet fee deposit. Please inquire if you will be bringing pets.
Pets must never be left in the rental un-attended.
50% rent plus security deposit is payable at the time of
booking, balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Rates are subject to change at any time.
This is a NON SMOKING unit. Please smoke outdoors. It is OK to smoke on the deck.
We request that all used linens (linens and towells only, not all bedding) be placed on the washer and dryer
prior to departure.
