Ocean Front Sea Colony Harbour House in Bethany Beach

Beautiful views of the ocean, beach and pool from our second floor direct ocean front condo. The second floor affords a private deck and easy access to all amenities Our designated parking spot is undercover. There are two elevators and two sets of stairs.

This condo is located in Sea Colony, a premium resort featuring 11 swimming pools (2 indoor with saunas and whirlpools), two fitness centers, 34 tennis courts (12 har-tru clay and 4 indoor, a full-time pro with a large staff of instructors,numerous tennis programs for young and old alike.) Sea Colony also has a convenience store (deli, coffee, donuts,sandwiches, ice cream, etc.)

Walk to the picturesque town of Bethany Beach and enjoy the
various types of free entertainment on the boardwalk, the
many restaurants and shops.

This condo is furnished in a Southwestern motif. The master
bedroom has a queen size bed and overlooks the ocean. Spectacular
views of the ocean can also be seen from the living room, dining
area, and kitchen. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third
bedroom is furnished as a den with a very comfortable futon.  There is a washer/dryer in the master bath. There is a large flat-screen TV in the Living Room with, a DVD and a VCR players. There is a second TV in the Den/3rd Bedroom and a third TV in the Master Bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and full range. The dining area accommodates six people and there is an eating bar for two.

The deck overlooking the ocean, beach and pool is off the the living room and has a loveseat and two chairs for alfresco wineing and dining.

A wired-High speed internet connection is available for your use. There is a telephone for local calls and an answering machine.

Enjoy the one-half mile of private beach with lifegards and amenities such as umbrella and beach chair rentals set up by the beach service and food and beverages can be delivered to you as you soak up the sun. The eleven beautiful pools and promanade are availible for you to enjoy. The tennis facilities and instructions are considered world class. The Bethany Beach area is ideal for cycling. You can walk to your hearts content, visit several nature preserves and kyak in sheltered waters with or without a guide. Go to water parks, play golf (within 5-20 minutes of many excellent golf courses) go to the boardwalks and amusement areas in Rehobeth Beach (20 mins.) or Ocean City, MD (30 mins.), play minature golf, tennis, go antiquing,fishing, paragliding, sailing, swimming,and wind surfaing. 

There are any number of both casual and fine dining restaurants nearby. When you see Chief Little Owl, the totem pole that welcomes visitors and residents, you will know you've  arrived in family-friendly Bethany Beach.
