Vacation Rental Description

New, luxury professionally decorated condominium, located high on 
the 6th floor with spectacular 180 degree views of the garden,pool 
and ocean (see photo). Step out onto the full terrace and enjoy a 
quiet breakfast or dinner with a spectacular sunset. Enjoy walking 
on white sand beaches both ways that offer activities (parasailing, 
jetskiing) or grabbing a bite to eat. This is perfect get-a-way for 
either a romantic time or for friends and family time. The ocean 
water is warm and the tide is friendly.     

Vacation Rental Amenities

Phone, Wireless Internet, Air Conditioning, Satelite TV, DVD, VCR, 
Full Kitchen with granite countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances 
(refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, oven & dishwasher)Full-
sized Washer & Dryer, in-suite safe. Master suite has king sized bed 
with marble and granite master bath. Both rooms have radio/clock 
alarms.

Hot Tub & Heated Pool (shared).  Palapa BBQ Grill (shared). 

No Smoking & No Pets.

English speaking Management on site.

Activities and Attractions

On-site activities or nearby are:
Pool - Private within Playa Royale Building or huge activity and 
children's pool by Paradise Village Hotel.
 
Dining - beachfront casual lunch restaurant next door.  Mexican, 
Italian, Brazilian, American dining at large mall (short walking 
distance) or "free resort shuttle/New mercedes van" ride to Sports 
Center dining, Paradise Village Hotel Dining or Golf & Country Club 
Dining. For casual or resort casual dining on the town, the 
beautiful exciting city of Puerto Vallarta is a 10 minute taxi ride 
(taxi is available at your door step).  

Spa - There are two world class spas on the resort property.

Golf - There is the "El Tigre" 18 hole golf course with it's 
spacious terraced restaurant and lounge, Pro-Shop and a second floor 
full service Spa.

Ocean Activities - A World Class Marina is within the resort 
property.  Right outside your doorstep are jet ski rentals, 
parasailing, body and boogy board surfing.  Vallarta Adventures 
offers top notch land (canopy tree top jumping, land excursions)and 
sea (swimming with dolphins, sunset cruises)adventures.  

There is plenty of space for quiet reading relaxing or tanning time 
and there is also plenty to do.  It is completely up to you.        

Vacation Rental Rates

May - October ...........................................$1,350/week
November - April.........................................$2,250/week
Christmas, New Years, Easter & Spring Break .............$2,450/week
Nightly Rates Available...$225/night (low) $335/night (high)

Booking requires 50% + $200 deposit, balance due 45 days prior to 
arriving.

Option fee of $75.00 for Social Membership Fee - for Full-Service 
Paradise Village resort use and 10% discount on all food/services 
purchased. This $75.00 fee covers a family of up to 6 and is valid 
for 1 month.
