Artist, guests have found this to be their peaceful retreat in
the "eye of the storm".
3300 square feet of Luxury. Large master suite with King size bed
and full on Ocean View with ensuite bathroom including Jacuzzi tub
and two person shower. Two additional bedrooms on top floor(Queen
beds) with golf course and Ocean views.
First floor bedroom has Queen bed and full size futon. Full bath on
first floor. Main floor den with private deck and queen sofa bed.
Full bath on main floor.

The Home is three levels with luxury amenities 

 Viking appliances, gas
fireplace, bar area, laundry, garage...very upscale!

Flat screen TV w/ DVD in Living Room

TVs in 3 of the bedrooms,
internet(wireless DSL), X-Box for gaming!
Kitchen complete with Blender, Toaster, Coffee Maker, spices
and all cooking utensils.
Gas BBQ on deck.
House comes with initial paper and soap products.Bed linens and
towels provided.
Sleeps 2-10, but we prefer no more than 8 adults. ABSOLUTELY NO
SMOKING is permitted.

Seaside, Oregon is loaded with outdoor activities. Surfing, Sea
Kayaking , Catamarans, fishing,crabbing,hiking in the adjacent State
park all the way to Cannon Beach. Bike the Oregon coast, enjoy Surfers cove with a full range of
Beach
activities. Seaside is an old fashioned beach town full of arcades,
cotton candy, a beautiful Promenade, aquarium and great restaurants.
The house is also stocked with a generous supply of books, games and
puzzles.

$395 - $500 per day. Three or Four night minimum during Holidays.
One week minimum stay during July and August at $3500/per week.
Additional days are $500 in the summer
