space to relax in privacy (and shade), soak up the sun, enjoy nature, and catch 
the summer breezes. Beautifully decorated open "island style" great room 
with gas fireplace and ample windows, which provide fabulous cross ventilation 
(ceiling fans help keep the island breezes going).  Granite counter tops,  
center "party" island, and new appliances in kitchen.  Completely equipped  
for cooking and entertaining. "Best" outdoor shower and changing room in town on lower deck! 
Located in Atlantique, Fire Island; a quiet family community. An easy walk or taxi ride  
will get you to Ocean Beach or Fair Harbor in minutes! No groups or pets please!

BBQ, deck furniture, beach chairs and umbrellas, kayaks,  
and beach toys. Possibility of a boat slip available.

Bay and ocean are a steps away-- kayaking, sailing, fishing, swimming,  
surfing, bodyboarding, sunbathing---the possibilities are endless!  
Ocean Beach is a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute water taxi ride-- 
where there is shopping, restaurants & nightlife!!

Vacation Rental Rates

$4000.00 per week    (Monday afternoon arrival -- to Sunday evening departure)   
Available for rent weekly, biweekly, or monthly  
June and September availablity (at reduced rates)
