Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy 50' of private lakefront on popular Gun Lake.  This 2-story 
cottage sits close to the lake - no stairs to climb.  There's a deck 
off the front slider with a charcoal grill and picnic table.  The 
swimming is great for all ages; sandy in the shallow end, and deep 
at the end of the dock for your boat.  Inside, you'll find three 
spacious bedrooms upstairs; the master has a king sized bed with a 
view of West Gun, and the 2nd and third bedrooms both have two twin 
sized beds (one a bunk bed), both with views as well.  Downstairs, 
there's a large, newly remodeled, tiled bathroom with a shower; breakfast 
bar and separate eating area with a panoramic view.  There's a 
family room with TV, and an additional living area that can be used 
as a fourth bedroom.  Here, there are two futons, one double and one 
twin.  There's plenty of parking in the back.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer 2008 Rates:
May through June 28:  $850 per week
June 29 through August:  $1200 per week
Discount for multiple weeks - please inquire.
Rent is due in full at least one month prior to check-in, 
or by June 1, whichever comes first.
Reservation deposit of $250 required to book your week; 
your rental is not reserved until $250 is received.  
This ($250) becomes your security deposit and will be refunded 
within 10 days of your departure. It is non-refundable if you cancel.  
The cottage must be left in the same condition as upon arrival.
Check-in 2 pm Saturday
Check-out 10 am Saturday
No smoking inside
Sorry, no pets.
Maximum sleeping occupancy is 10.
