Enjoy 50 ft of private lakefront on desirable Gun Lake. Great
Southwest Gun location, known for its
conveniences. Full size grocery store, bait shop, boat rentals, boat
launch, restaurants, laundromat, pizza and ice cream are all within 1.5 miles.
There's sandy, shallow swimming for the kids, and deeper water at the end
of the dock for your boat. There are no stairs to climb to the
cottage, making this an incredibly practical location for a family.
Your kids will also enjoy the swingset and sandbox. Inside, you'll find a
spacious living area, open kitchen with breakfast bar,
an additional eating area with a panoramic view, and an updated
bathroom. From the living area, there's an additional living space
that can be used as a fourth bedroom. Here, there's a bunkbed
and a futon. Upstairs, there are three very spacious bedrooms with
views. One has a king bed, one with a bunkbed and a futon,
and one with two twin beds.

Rent is due in full June 1, or at least one month prior to check-in,
whichever comes first.
Reservation deposit of $250 required to book your week. This ($250)
becomes your security deposit and will be refunded
within 10 days of your departure, assuming the cottage is left
in good condition. $250 is non-refundable if you cancel. The
cottage must be left in the same condition as upon arrival.
