This home is happiest with a big family that likes to cook and play
in the large kitchen/living room/deck/yard.
Main Floor has a huge gourmet kitchen with separate sub-zero deep
freeze, wall oven, lots of cooking prep space and an oversized Jenn-
Air cooktop. Friends can sit at the countertop bar and watch the
cook(s). The main floor also has a huge dining table, laundry room,
living room with many couches/chairs and LCD TV with satellite. A
powder room is off the kitchen/living room hall.
2 Bedrooms Upstairs--one with king, one with queen. Jack-N-Jill bath
2 Bedrooms Garden Level?Three Queen Size Beds with Bathroom and
Shower.
Wow! walk out the living room to a 1000 sq feet of deck with lots of
chairs and a gas grill.
Set up your volley ball net in the big flat yard.
The Bunkhouse has a Queen Bed, Kitchen and Shower/Bathroom. The
bunkhouse is located about 15 feet from the main house.

Trail) or just hike the forest service Hills all around this canyon
home.

Sturgis deposit of 1/2 down, paid in full by June 1. No refunds.
Reservation cancellation before 60 days of rental date: deposit(less $25 processing fee) refunded.
Reservation cancellation 59 days or less of rental date: no deposit return unless I can rerent.
