pool, and close to downtown & the beaches (approx. 7-8 miles).  
Gorgeous, Furnished 2/2 + Den, 2-car garage Villa.  Private 
entrance.  Hurricane Shutters. New Roof. Vaulted ceilings, Hardwood 
Floor in Living/Dining Area.  New tile in bathrooms and Berber 
Carpet elsewhere.  Freshly painted inside.  Interior Laundry area 
with new Washer & Dryer.  Ceiling Fans.  Kitchen has newer 
Refrigerator with ice-maker, new smooth top self-cleaning Range,

Palm Golf & Country Club in Lely.  There are also numerous Public 
Golf Courses closeby within a short driving distance.
