hills beyond from the 7 foot tall windows. Step out to large patio
with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Balcony steps lead down to
grass yard, natural beach front and dock. Dock is shared with our
other property Stathcona Cottage.
Full well equipped kitchen with dining island and entertainment
centre.
A very comfortable overstuffed LaZboy sleep sofa with queen size
adjustable Slumber Air mattress will ensure of you of a good nights
rest.
We offer a pet and smoke free accommodation.

Cable TV with DVD player, stereo with radio, tape, CD player and
reading material.
3 piece bathroom and out door shower.
300 count linens, comfortable pillows, cozy comforter, plush bath

Off the dock: Swimming, fishing (trout-stocked), boating, sailing,
wake boarding, water and/or jet skiing, and great nature viewing (ie
osprey, mink, beavers etc). Room to moor your boat.
Nearby you can enjoy: 3 golf courses within 15 miles, hiking,
horse back riding and sandy beaches just minutes away.
The restaurant at the Marina is licensed. The Marina offers full boat
services and fuel, water equipment rentals, float plane base and tours.
Only a few minutes walk away!
Shawnigan Lake Village 2 km (1.5 miles) north offers well
stocked convenience stores, post office, DVD/VCR rentals, internet cafe, coffee
shops, restaurants, a great bakery, ATM's, pharmacy, gas station, art
gallery, museum, health care and several boutiques.
For those wishing to venture further away, Victoria is less than
40 minutes by car south over the scenic Malahat drive and Chemainus
with its world famous murals and dinner theatre is the same distance north.
Ocean beaches are only 5 miles to the east at Mill Bay. There are also
several wineries in the area.
