This is our home not a hotel and the guest house is on the same lot.  It is very peaceful. NO high traffic noise. 

We discounted nightly rate @ $105.00 WAS $115.  You are getting a lot for the money.   OTHER DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE  Through out the year.   Sales tax is 12.0%.   We ACCEPT MASTER CARD/ VISA CREDIT CARDS WORLDWIDE THROUGH A NEW INVOICE SYSTEM THAT YOU ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. WE NEVER SEE IT! 

There is a final cleaning fee of $70.00 Discounted 50% for short stays;  A $200.00 REFUNDEABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT PAID AT THE TIME OF CHECKING IN WITH EITHER CASH OR TRAVELERS CHECKS.  MUST SET TIME ASIDE FOR CHECKING OUT.

We have Fishing Captains available to take you out for wonderful adventures with fishing as your delite.  Just ask and we will get you hook up as they say. Dinner Cruises, Parasailing, Jet ski rentals close by.

There are NO Refunds for the following situations: Cancellations,
early departures or late arrivals; there is rescheduling with advance notice. 
A refundable $200.00 Security deposit US Currency and no personal checks accepted.

$70.00 final cleaning fee is required; $35.00 for shorter stays. There is special attention to cleaning.  We also offer whole house filtered water...99.10%

We accept Worldwide Master / Visa credit card using an invoice Merchant Solutions that is sent to you via E-mail and you fill in your information, we never see it.  US Currency, Travelers checks also taken.  We are subject to 12.0%  Sales Tax.
