Vacation Rental Description

We are the best kept secret in town with a very cozy self contained  
detached guest house and we  
want you to know we will treat you like family. Tropical setting on  
a private dead  
end street just a 15 minute stroll to the Gulf of Mexico. Travel  
light to this vacation destination; need nothing more than clothes  
and tooth brush. 
 
Whole house filtered water of 99.10%.  Fully equipted kitchen, large  
bath w/ shower and an ironing  
center; hair dryer in unit. Efficency tastefully furnished with king  
size  
bed; 400 count soft sheets...cozy with memory foam topper. 
Small pets allowed call in advance regarding what kind of pets  
allowed. Get this your Kid stays for FREE (Pet) 
 
This is our home not a hotel and the guest house is on the same lot.  
It is very peaceful. NO high traffic noise.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Private Spa with outdoor shower all within a 350 sq. ft. (outdoors)  
privacy deck; Washer/ Dryer in unit itself;  High speed Internet/  
DVD and large 27 inch TV. Phone for local calls.  Full size equipted  
kitchen with Ice maker in freezer.  
All linens provided; Gas BBQ grill.  Small front garden and patio  
sitting area.  All of what you see is not a shared space...it is  
private. 
Property is located in a Registered bird santuary. There is also a  
courtyard garden not pictured with fountain area which the birds  
love to frolic in with more tropical plantings.

Activities and Attractions

Gulf of Mexico within 15 minute Stroll. Point of Rocks & Siesta Key  
Beach. Siesta Key beach one of the finest beaches in the world with  
is powder soft sand.  Boating; bike rentals / fishing and  
restuarants within 5 to  
15 minutes walk as well as bus stop.  Post office 15 minute walk and  
many specialty shops and grocery all either walking or within 1/2  
mile to location.  Easy access to Interstate 75 with a direct ext.  
205 go west. Call for further directions if needed.

Vacation Rental Rates

Best kept secret in town. Our guest and family love coming here. 
Check in is 3 PM and check out is @ 10 AM to allow our cleaning  
service time to do their job.  
Please take notice of cleaniing fees listed below our rental rates. 
Weekly: $735.00  
Daily Rate: $115.00 
Sales tax is 11%

early departures or late arrivals.  
A $200.00 Security deposit. 
$70.00 final cleaning fee is required. SHR is working toward going  
GREEN; our cleaning service is Green World Home Cleaning, check them  
out on their web site. We also offer whole house filtered  
water...99.10% and new appliances..high  
energy efficient. 
 
US Currency, Travelers checks. We are affiliated  
with PayPal through our current e-mail. Safe and secure way to pay.  
It is free to sign up. This is a world wide service to reach those  
outside the US. We are subject to 11% Sales Tax.
