Vacation Rental Rates

Winter/Spring: 
Oct - April  $2200 - 2400/month 
Weekly       $650 - 800 Subject to change for Holidays 
 
Summer/Fall: 
May - Sept   $1900 - 2200/month 
Weekly       $500 - 649 Subject to change for Holidays 
 
Rental based on weekly and monthly basis unless pre-negotiated. 
Monthly rates negotiable for greater than two months 
$400 refundable security deposit required when confirmation is  
provided.(Refundable only if reservation is canceled prior to 30  
days of date reserved) 
$85 is added to the total rental for housekeeping provided at  
conclusion of reserved period. 
 
Note:  Rates are subject to change without notice until confirmation  
is provided. 
Final Payment must be received two weeks prior scheduled arrival  
otherwise reservation will be subject to cancellation and fees  
refunded with exception of initial deposit. Cancellations within 14  
days of rental period will be subject to loss of 50%  
deposits.Cancellations within 7  
days of rental period will be subject to loss of all deposits.  
Furniture and accessories will be listed on contract with   
respective replacement cost for any loss or damage.
