$500 refundable security deposit required when confirmation is
provided.(Refundable only if reservation is canceled within 30
days of day reserved)
$95 is added to the total rental for housekeeping provided at
conclusion of reserved period.
Note: Rates are subject to change without notice until confirmation
is provided.
Final Payment must be received 14 days prior scheduled arrival
otherwise reservation will be subject to cancellation and fees
refunded with exception of initial deposit. Cancellations within 14
days of rental period will be subject to loss of 50%
deposits.Cancellations within 7
days of rental period will be subject to loss of all deposits.
