with hardwoods, granite countertops, full kitchen with Kitchen Aide 
appliances and many necessities(coffee included), washer/dryer, 
fully furnished so you will feel right at home. 

Enter into a spacious two-story great room with a stone fireplace 
and ample seating for all. Great room and breakfast room open up to 
rocking chairs on the deck overlooking Lake Norman. 

Enjoy the privacy of your own playground, waterfront beach...great 
sandbox for the kids.  Lake living...covered porches and rocking 
chairs, open deck for cookouts, wraparound dock for fishing, 
swimming and beautiful sunsets. Kick back, Relax, and Enjoy!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Spacious Main level Master suite with access to covered porch for 
early morning coffee. Jacuzzi Tub and separate shower as well as 
dual sinks complete the suite. 
Upstairs - Three beautiful bedrooms and a jack and jill bathroom 
complete the upstairs. Everyone will have their own space.
Newly completed basement in 2008...Bedroom/Bath and recreation room.

Activities and Attractions

Boating, Skiing, Kayak, Swim, Restaurants on the lake, Close to golf 
and spa.  Historical Catawba County has sites to visit within a few 
minutes drive such as Murray's Mill & Historic District, Bunker Hill 
Covered Bridge, & Catawba County Museum of History. Only 15 minutes 
from RaceCity USA.  

Vacation Rental Rates

$3200/week
$500 Per Night (3 night minimum)
$100 Cleaning fee
$40 for linens optional. 

Refundable damage security deposit $1,000
50% deposit and balance due 30 days prior to arrival date

Monthly rates optional. 
Boat/Jetski rental available.
