Hale Hoaloha - Puako Beach 3 bedroom condo #103 in Puako

Hale Hoaloha means home of good friends and you will immediately
feel at home here in paradise. Puako is a tiny oceanfront village
on the Kona side of Hawaii's Big Island. We get more sunshine and
less rain than any other place in the Islands. Puako Beach
Condominium is the only condo in the village and has only 36 units.
The ocean is about 200' away. From 500' to 2 miles find some of the
best scuba diving on the island, wonderful snorkeling, great board
surfing, scuba diving, splendid body surfing, kayaking, and the two
beaches rated by AAA and Conde' Nast as the best beaches in
America. Total of 5 beaches within a few miles. The only buildings
that are not residences in Puako are the [very complete] general
store next door and a Catholic and a Protestant church. Within 20
minutes there are at least 6 world class golf courses, 15
restaurants from inexpensive to VERY expensive, tennis, shopping,
Hawaiian historic sites, and the Ironman bicycle route. 25 miles to
the south is Kona, with many tourists and every kind of beachfront
town entertainment conceivable. This is the Big Island, with many
places to go and things to see, from 'old time Hawaii' in Hilo, to
spectacular waterfalls, macadamia nut and coffee plantations, and
the world's most active [and safest] volcano.

The condo has three bedrooms with a king size, a queen size, and two
twin beds. There are two full baths and a fully equipped kitchen,
including, among other things, a microwave, dishwasher, and all
necessary kitchenware and tableware as well as all the basic
condiments. There is a seperate laundry with washer and dryer and
unending hot water. Each room has a ceiling fan and all bedrooms
are carpeted. All other rooms are tiled. All linens are,
provided. Beach gear, including chairs, coolers, towels,
snorkels and masks are included. There is a gas grill on the
private lanai [balcony]. Kayaks, bicycles, baby gear, body boards
are all available through our manager for extra fees.
Four televisions, a VCR, two DVD players, cable, and a stereo are
included.

across the street, is reef sheltered and splendid for keiki [kids],
snorkeling, swiming and sunning. Look for numerous kinds of fish,
green sea turtles, and even eagle rays [like a manta but only two
feet across], none of which are dangerous.

$125/day plus tax and cleaning fee
