This is the perfect retreat. Sit on a garden bench or in your private screened porch and enjoy the bougainvillea, hibiscus, jasmine, alamanda, roses and bird of paradise blooming on the premises.     

The quiet neighborhood is just one mile to beautiful Bonita 
Beach.    

Bicycle and pedestrian friendly for beach, restaurants and
shopping. Just 2 blocks from busy Bonita Beach Road. Public trolley bus is also available 1/4 mile. We are West of 41, off Bonita Beach Road, a desirable area.   Although the entire mailing area is known as Bonita Springs, this area West of 41 is also called Bonita Beach.
Fully furnished living room has a comfy sofa, fully equipped kitchen
and 2 B.R.'s, both with queen beds, plus a roll-away twin bed is available. We use fresh, 100% cotton sheets on the bed.  Bathroom has been newly renovated with marble
tile and all new fixtures. Tile floors throughout. Furnishings are interesting with antiques scattered about. Also, there is a lovely Cobblestone courtyard with a fountain to enjoy the
tropical blooming flowers in.    

Park your flip flops here!  All you need is your suitcase and toothbrush to start having a sunny, fun and relaxing time in Beautiful Bonita.

Excellent seafood restaurants nearby plus wonderful Greek and Italian food.  
Busy "Times Square" Fort Myers Beach just 10 miles down the beach road with a great Greek restaurant, a fishing pier and shops.  
Naples and all it has to offer Children's Museum, Botanical Gardens, Natural Zoo, 5th Ave. and 3rd Street shopping; a 10 mile drive.
Restaurants, movies, and shops galore, in Bonita.
Fort Myers International Airport only 14 miles away.

Historic Downtown Fort Myers with shopping and art galleries, outdoor restaurants, the River District, McGregor Blvd. with Thomas Edison and Henry Ford's winter homes and gardens about 20 miles away.  

Sanibel Island and Captiva Island about 18 miles away.  Catch a cruise to fabulous historic Cabbage Key, for a delicious "Hamburger in Paradise", a tiny island unlike anywhere you've visited before.

Nov. to Dec. 14:   Daily $100.,  Weekly $500.  Monthly $1200. 

Dec. 15-- Jan., Feb., Mar. and April:  Weekly $700.,  Monthly $2300.   If you rent for two months or more rate is discounted to $2200. per month. 

3 night minimum on daily rentals.

Include water, electricity, cable t.v. and wireless internet.

For a monthly rental there is a refundable $100. damage/security deposit.
For a weekly rental there is a refundable $50. damage/security deposit. The deposit can be mailed back to you within 10 days after check-out. 

We must add 11% Florida tax.

Cleaning fee of $35. added to each rental reservation. 

For weekly and monthly rentals booked in advance, we accept checks.  We also accept CREDIT CARD payments.  

Booking policy: 40% of rental fee due at time of reservation.

Remaining 60% rental fee due 45 days before 

Arrival for monthly rentals and 30 days before for weekly
rentals.

Cancellation 45 days prior to arrival for monthly rentals
and 30 days prior for weekly rentals with no penalties. Less than
the stated, cancellation fee applies.
If there is availability and booking is short notice, of less than
45 days for monthly rentals and 30 days for weekly rentals, entire
fee is required at time of reservation.
