The quiet neighborhood is just one mile to beautiful Bonita
Beach.   Perfect to walk, bicycle or drive.

The atmosphere is cozy, beach cottage chic, tropical, with a
Mediterranean flair, set in a lovely garden.   This is the perfect retreat. Sit on a garden bench or in your private screened porch and
enjoy the bouganvilla, hibiscus, jasmine, alamanda, roses and bird of paradise blooming on the premises.   In season we have tangerines and lemons too. 
Bicycle and pedestrian friendly for beach, restaurants and
shopping. Just 2 blocks from busy Bonita Beach Road. Public
trolley bus is also available 1/4 mile. We are
West of 41, off Bonita Beach Road, a desirable area.   Although the entire mailing area is known as Bonita Springs, this area West of 41 is also called Bonita Beach.
Fully furnished living room has a comfy sofa, fully equipped kitchen
and 2 B.R.'s, both with queen beds, plus a roll-away
twin bed is available. We use fresh, 100% cotton sheets on the bed.  Bathroom has been newly renovated with marble
tile and all new fixtures. Tile floors throughout. Furnishings,
including an artists easel are interesting with antiques scattered
about. Also, there is a lovely Cobblestone courtyard with a bubbling fountain to enjoy the
tropical blooming flowers in. Lots of wrought iron furniture scattered about.

Excellent seafood restaurants nearby.
Busy "Times Square" Fort Myers Beach (and a beach movie theatre)just
10 miles down the beach road.
Naples and all it has to offer is a 10 mile drive.
Restaurants, movies, and shops galore, in Bonita.
Fort Myers International Airport about 15 miles away.

Gorgeous new outdoor Coconut Point Mall is about 6 miles away.

May thru October $400. per week...or $1100. per month (daily $75.)
July, Aug., Sept. and Oct. $450. per week... or $1350. per month (daily
$75.)
Nov. and Dec. $500. per week...or $1500. per month (daily $85.)
Daily rates above with a three day minimum.

Jan., Feb., Mar. and April $770. per week... or $2200. per month.   

Of course the rentals include all utilities including cable and wireless internet.

For a monthly rental there is a refundable $300. damage/security deposit.
For a weekly rental there is a refundable $75. damage/security deposit. The deposit can be mailed back to you within 10 days after check-out. 

We must add 11% Florida tax.

We pride ourselves on how clean our place is; we clean thoroughly and yet do not charge you a cleaning fee.  No cleaning fee.

We also accept Paypal payments with a 5% additional fee.

Booking policy: 40% of rental fee due at time of reservation.

Remaining 60% rental fee due 45 days before
arrival for monthly rentals and 30 days before for weekly
rentals.

Cancellation 45 days prior to arrival for monthly rentals
and 30 days prior for weekly rentals with no penalties. Less than
the stated, cancellation fee applies.
If there is availability and booking is short notice, of less than
45 days for monthly rentals and 30 days for weekly rentals, entire
fee is required at time of reservation.
HURRICANE Guarantee: If there should happen to be a Hurricane Warning
for this area and you are not able to come on down, or your visit is cut short....you will not lose your money!  We are happy to reschedule you at dates that work for you and that we have available.
