This one bedroom-one bath condo is approximately 852 square feet.
It gives you a tropical environment with brand new wicker furniture
shipped directly from Florida. The livingroom is equipped with a
sofa sleeper, LCD flat screen with a surround system and a DVD
player. Our dining room seats four and has a beautiful water
fountain that brings a soothing atmosphere. The kitchen is fully
equipped with all amenities of home: microwave, toaster, blender,
coffee pot, dishwasher etc,. There is one bedroom with a queen size
bed. All bedding and pillows are of the finest quality. The
bathroom has a tub that fits two. For individuals who are staying
weeks at a time, we provide a laundry room with washer and dryer.
There is central air conditioning and heating and a carport for one
vehicle.

For those who want a quiet environment, enjoy the outdoors of this
resort which offers three swimming pools, glass-enclosed racquetball
court, sparkling spas, a refreshing sauna, fully equipped gym and
lighted tennis courts. For those who want to enjoy Las Vegas, visit
Red Rock Canyon for biking or hiking, Lake Mead and Hoover Dam for
its most fantastic views. There is lots of water sports available
here also. You can also take a helicopter ride into the Grand
Canyon. Or simply spend a romantic evening in the finest
restaurants and enjoy one of the live las Vegas entertainment shows.
