Two story townhome facing the Gulf in Belleair Beach

Our two story condo directly faces the Gulf of Mexico and has three
bedrooms, two baths upstairs, and a half bath, utility room with
washer and dryer, living room with TV/DVD and cable, dining room and
kitchen downstairs. The bright and cheery kitchen opens into the
dining room with a service island. Master bedroom and bedroom 2
face the Gulf and have balconies. The unit is playfully decorated
for beach fun. Enjoy fabulous, unobstructed views of the Gulf of
Mexico. Read the morning paper, watch a spectacular sunset, or
enjoy a barbeque on our private patio. Sit by the pool, watch sailboats and
dolphins, or collect shells on the beach. Our complex is a
charming, established group of townhomes directly on Belleair
Beach.

Security gates open to the parking lot with two assigned spaces for
the unit. Master bedroom has a king bed, TV with DVD, private
bathroom with tub-shower and balcony facing the Gulf. Bedroom 2
also faces the Gulf and has twin beds and is spacious enough to add
a crib, portacrib or another bed if requested in advance. Bedroom 3
has a king bed and a large walk in closet. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Second full bathroom has shower only. Living room and dining room have
picture windows facing the Gulf. Built-in bar in living room. Upstairs is
newly carpeted, downstairs is tiled. The unit has central air-conditioning and
heat.

Do as much or as little as you like! Belleair Beach is between the
inland waterway and the Gulf. It is just south of Clearwater Beach
and Sand Key where there is a public park on the beach.
Approximately 35-45 minutes to Tampa airport and International Plaza
(Nordstrom, JCrew, Tiffany & Co., Neiman Marcus)or a little farther
to Busch Gardens in north Tampa. Our complex is convenient to
wonderful restaurants on Gulf Boulevard including the world famous
Columbia Restaurant. Many restaurants offer takeout. Waverunner
rental, miniature golf, grocery shopping, drug stores, movie
theatres and boutiques are closeby. Everything you might need or
want!

Our condo is available by the month, November through April- $3,800 each
month with a $500 per month security deposit required.  We only rent by the month or months.  Please contact us for availability.  Dogs must be agreed upon in advance and an additional pet damage/cleaning deposit of $200 per month is required.  There are special condo restrictions on dogs.
