Due to Building’s restrictions, a minimum stay of 30 days is  
required. 
 
High Season:  June 1 – August 31   and   December 1 – March 31 
   @ $2,700.00 per month 
 
Low Season:   April 1 – May 31     and   September 1 – November 30 
   @ $2,500.00 per month 
 
All rents are subject to: 
   • General Excise Tax of 4.712% 
   • Transient Accommodations (Lodging) Tax of 7.25% 
 
Other Fees: 
   • One-time check-out cleaning fee of $85.00 
     (subject to a General Excise Tax of 4.712%)

All rents and cleaning fee, including taxes, are due at least 30
