Vacation Rental Description

Casa Doce, located in central Loreto, will make your vacation a 
pleasure.  Loreto, a jewel on the Sea of Cortez, is only 750 miles 
south of San Diego, a short 1-2 hour flight from San Diego or LA.  
Loreto is a fishing paradise, and a 
wonder for the tranquility of whale watching, kayaking, snorkeling or 
just relaxing by the pool.  Casa Doce is 10 minutes from the Loreto 
airport, where taxi and car rental services are available.  At the 
Casa there is secured, covered parking.  However, driving is optional 
as Casa Doce is centrally located, and the town friendly.  A 5 minute 
stroll from the Casa, takes you to the cobbled 
Mission/shopping/dining district, and a few more minutes to the 
protected Bahia de Loreto National Park, which boasts over 3,000 
species of marine life. Casa Doce, one of 18 homes, is nestled in a 
quiet, gated community, Club Palmar II.  It is a 2-story home, 
beautifully tiled and accented, with 2 master suites, each with a 
large full bath.  Two living spaces, one up and one down, with the 
upper having a private terrace.  Watch the glow of sunset over Sierra 
de la Giganta mountains from the terrace.  Enjoy the private lush 
tropical garden with fountain, while dining on the patio, or your 
favorite music while dining inside.  Abundantly equipped kitchen for 
your cooking pleasure, or have one of the local restaurants prepare 
your catch, for a nominal fee.  If your stay is two weeks or longer, 
enjoy a complimentary pre-arranged housecleaning weekly. Ceiling 
fans for your comfort in every room, and central air for hot summer 
days.  Experienced skippers with pongas await your rental at the 
marina, and the walk along the malecon is a vision of coastal

Vacation Rental Rates

3-night minimum stay, $110/per night, non-holiday
$650/per week, non-holiday
Holiday rates available on request (Easter, Christmas, New Year's 
Eve, Thanksgiving, 4th of July).
Monthly rates/deposits available on request.
50% advance payment due 60 days prior to arrival.
50% balance payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
$250.usd refundable security deposit required to secure your 
reservation.
$100 additional weekly (July, August, September)
