to a private neighborhood sandy beach on Plymouth/Kingston/Duxbury Bay with views to 
Cape Cod Bay. Few know this location: it exceeds the crowded Cape for a quiet vacation. The 
master has wonderful sunrises and all the rooms have fantastic views of this unique tidal bay. 
Location is perfect for travel to Cape Cod (20 miles to the Sagamore Bridge) or Boston 
tourists (35 miles north by nearby train, or easy drive).

Massachusetts. 35 miles from Boston. 25 miles from Cape Cod. 1.5 hr drive to New 
Hampshire/Vermont Foliage in autumn. 3 bedrooms, Open Living Room/Kitchen area, 
TV's with Cable/VCR/DVD, Portable Crib (request), Safe for kids; Books/Toys/Videos, Beach 
stuff, all towels and Linens. Fireplace. 1.5 Baths in house, hot water outdoor deck shower. All 
rooms have views of the water. Wonderful Master with Queen Bed, 2 additional bedrooms 
with Double Beds, plus 1 double and 1 single futon. Air Conditioning. Fully equipped 
updated Kitchen with Microwave, Jennair Stove/Oven, Washer/Dryer. 2 Decks: one in shady 
backyard, one overlooking the beautiful bay. Outdoor Grill. Beach chairs, toys, books, 
coolers, etc.. Please bring your own beach towels.

This home is perfect for couples, small families, wedding guests; tourists of Cape Cod, 
Plymouth or Boston.  1-3 miles from Plymouth activities: Plymouth Rock, Mayflower, Whale 
Watches, ferry to Provincetown Cape Cod,  Deep Sea Fishing, Shopping, Restaurants. 20 miles 
to the mouth of Cape Cod (Sagamore and Bourne Bridges). Relax on the decks or beach with 
beautiful sunrises over the water.  Extraordinary 6 hour/11 foot tides; explore the tidal pools 
at low tide and swim at high. Close to public golf, tennis, boating (launch 1 block away, or 
anchor in front of house), nearby mall/movies, train to historic Boston; 1.5 Hrs to NH, ME and 
VT.

June 14-June 28 $1300/week
June 28-July 5:  $1900/week (holiday days of partial weeks are prorated)
July 5-Aug 30:  $1750/week
Aug 30-Sept 13: $1200/week
Sept 13-Oct 4: $900/week
Individual nights available @$150-$250/night-please inquire 
Cleaning/Turnover Fee $100  ($150 with dog-permission only)
Refundable Security $200
More than 6 guests, additional $20 per night per person, kids under 12 free
Please note calendar link: arrival times and departure times are double booked: a Friday 
or Saturday at the end of a booked week has a departure time of 10am, so a new guest 
can arrive same day at 4pm.  

Deposit should be 50% of RENTAL, SECURITY, and CLEANING FEES!
