Vacation Rental Description

Newly decorated classic Florida Lido home, three short blocks from the beach and one short  
block to world famous St. Armand's Circle, where world class shopping and five star  
restaurants await. Home is a split plan, two bedrooms and a bath in the front of the house  
have a queen and two twins, while the master has a queen and its own bathroom. The Florida  
room, right off the pool, has a twin sofa sleeper, best for children. Sliding glass doors lead  
out to a heated pool and very private backyard. A one car garage/carport is accessible from  
the kitchen door, the front entry is handicapped friendly with a wide door and short brick  
steps. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Ceiling fans everywhere, cable TV with TV sets in four rooms, HBO, wireless internet service  
free of charge, a VCR, DVD, stereo with CD, laundry, eat-in kitchen, two bicycles, heated and  
lighted pool (not caged, open to the sky), lovely landscaping, completely equipped kitchen  
with dishwasher, towels, sheets and linens

Off season (mid-April to mid-November) $1175/week, $3500/month 
Pre-season (mid-November to mid-January) $1500/week, $3900/month 
Season (mid-January to mid April) $1950/week, $4950/month 
NOTE: $180 cleaning fee and Florida tax added to all bookings, refundable damage deposit  
required
