"Casa Dolphin" Beachfront Luxury Home-Pl Hermosa in Jaco

This Luxury Beachfront home is located just south of Jaco on one of
the best surfing beaches in Costa Rica. This home is close to the
beach you can hear and see the spectacular sight of these sought out
waves crashing on the beach. You will have the opportunity to enjoy
daily strolls or jogs on this beautiful and clean beach or swim in
our pool. You can relax and enjoy the breath-taking sunsets each
evening. Bring your laptop to catch up with what is going on at home. You can use our high speed
internet.
This Air Conditioned home is less than three years old and is
approximately 2,800 square fee. It is located in a new development
with 24 hour security. The floor plan is large and open. There are
three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king
bed. The second bedroom has two double beds. The third bedroom has
two twins. For your convenience, there is also a washer and dryer
located in the home.
The kitchen is spacious, with granite counter tops, including a
large side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee
maker, ect. There is plenty of space to eat inside or you may want
to enjoy eating out by the pool while watching the waves crash on
the beach or the spectacular sunsets.
To help you get settled in for your stay, we have a wonderful
hospitalty couple that will greet you for your check-in and provide
a customized welcome basket including fruits, snacks, maps and
brochures tailored to your needs. They will be your contact while
staying at our home if you have any questions.
